Being in a customer service industry myself, I know that the bad is always brought up, but no one ever recognizes the good! I would like to take the time to tell you how extremely happy I have been dealing with your company!! I ordered a hammock stand that was damaged during transit. I called the eight hundred number and got wonderful service, and my problem was resolved extremely quick, and with no questions asked. I also decided to see if I could take advantage of a coupon after my order had already been filled. This time I used the email service. Again, a wonderful response with no questions asked. I would like to thank you again for your WONDERFUL service. The stand is a Christmas present for my wife; I already see that it is a great product with good construction. I am sure that she will love using it this summer on our new deck! I will personally make sure that I recommend your company to all my friends and family! Have totally enjoyed the Old World Mayan hammock, now hung between two large Alamos trees in Santa Fe. It is absolutely comfortable, beautiful and very well constructed. The tree wrap and loop devices are perfect. You should be very proud of these products!

Dear Hammock Company Team,
Last year I made a trip to Costa Rica on a very low budget. The goal was to go surfing. We had brought hammers, nails and a big tarp and wanted to find a deserted beach to build a hut and surf all summer. We did just that and found some hammocks to sleep in at night. They were made of small and cheap rope and the weave was a little too wide. We ended up having to buy 2 hammocks each to survive for 3 months. I just purchased a Pawleys Island Rope Hammocks, it's the large rope hammock, and I so wish I had found that while down there. It will last me so much longer and the comfort is unparallel to anything I've tried before. Captain Jack, I hope you'll like this story and publish it. Hello, I just wanted to drop a line to let you know how much I appreciate the professionalism of your company. Eight weeks ago, I ordered a deluxe hammock and pillow from your website. They arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I had ordered a tri-beam steel arc hammock stand from another internet company promising "free shipping." I waited a total of seven weeks for delivery of said hammock stand (and my new hammock stayed in the foyer closet for the same amount of time). I guess its easy for a company to offer free shipping on an item that suddenly is problematic. With one phone call to a representative from your company, I was able to verify that an arc stand was available from you, and I ordered the same day. Within the hour, I had a confirmation email, and the stand was delivered within a matter of a few days. THANK YOU! Less than one week ago, I called to tell you my recently purchased hammock had a rope that broke. The girl on the phone was very nice and ordered me another one without any problems or questions. We already have our new hammock and sent the old one back! It's only Thursday! I called Sat afternoon. I know some people will abuse their stuff and then expect you to give them a new one but you guys were so nice and did not even question us. (We did not abuse our hammock but you have no way of knowing that). I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your great customer service at a time when this seems to be such a rarity.
